Optitex O/22 delivers powerful enhancements across PDS 2D, PDS 3D, and Marker modules, offering unmatched speed, precision, and flexibility for fashion designers and pattern makers. Additional improvements include seamless curve point highlighting for faster editing, enriched support for ASTM and AAMA file imports with complex internal objects, and improved connectivity with Centric 8 PLM for efficient data integration. The Print & Cut feature now fully supports Adobe Illustrator 2023, ensuring smoother workflows.

PDS 3D – Advanced Animation & Photorealistic Simulation
Optitex O/22 introduces industry-leading 3D animation tools, enabling users to create highly realistic garment simulations with minimal effort. Perform fit analysis in motion using animated avatars, including high-quality DAZ avatars, for more accurate visualization.

The Avatar Motion Speed parameter helps reduce cloth collision, ensuring smoother simulations. Enhanced save image functionality allows users to generate static and animated outputs for collaboration via O/Cloud or offline use. Additionally, protected avatars ensure secure usage of proprietary models.

Access a rich library of assets—including avatars, materials, and accessories—through the Optitex Asset Portal, which is updated regularly to support design, marketing, and presentation needs.
